BA Stores Weekend
What an amazing weekend at BA Stores!! Despite the weather on Saturday, Buchan took in an amazing £151 of donations for our chosen charities!! Lots of smiling faces, big and small, coming out of the trucks. Safety was adhered to and everyone was fed well by our own Dewi Jones!
Money from Sunday will be counted and announced on our facebook & pictures have been uploaded on the website. We also had a few new members helping out on both days which is great to have people involved!
Thanks to all who were involved, Dewi who fed everyone, Ali for organizing and John for 'bringin in the business'

Important Club Notice
In general things have been going well over the years that BORDC have had access to Forestry Commission & privately owned sites, but there is a concern about damage to tracks and woodland rides etc as a result of both legal and illegal off-roading activities.
A couple of our site landowners have been noticing an increase in illegal activity from motorbikes, quads and other vehicles in the woods, forests and quarries and we want to try to help minimize this. I would ask that all of our members be vigilant with regards to identifying and reporting any unusual activity and particularly unauthorized vehicles. It is also important as there have been a number of break-ins locally to the estates and private properties where quad bikes and motorbikes have been stolen, we want to be vigilant about the number of people that are about and what they are up to.
We would ask that if anyone sees any suspicious activity whilst setting up or attending any of our events please, if possible, take a picture or video footage and report it to firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. We will then send the info onto the correct authorities. Please include as much information as possible, including location, time, date any any information regarding the vehicles/persons involved i.e color of vehicle, what the person was wearing. We'd also like club members to remember to adhere to the club event rules and guidelines with regards to the access to sites and damage to the ground this will help us keep the good relationship with the landowners we have built up and hang on to very hard to get land ... many thanks in advance ADMIN.
